EASTER EGG-STRAVAGANZA TO BE HELD AT MOODY GARDENS®
Easter in the Gardens offers free egg hunts, face painting, crafts, petting zoo and more
Galveston Island, Texas (January 30, 2013) – Galveston residents and visitors are invited to spend Easter Sunday, March 31, at Moody Gardens for Easter in the Gardens. Beginning at 11 a.m., families can participate in a plethora of free activities for this exciting spring holiday event.
The Easter egg hunts are scheduled for 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. in the Oleander Bowl where children ages 12 and under can enjoy the pursuit of brightly colored, candy-filled eggs. Easter in the Gardens includes a variety of other activities such as games for prizes, face painting and a petting zoo. The Easter Bunny will also be hopping by to take pictures with children and families at the Moody Gardens Hotel.
In addition to all of the activity outdoors, guests can enjoy a first-class meal at the Easter Sunday buffet in both the Garden Restaurant and Moody Gardens Hotel from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
