By eliminating the "Russian Connection" and other more functional elements of the story, the short version of FMTTM focuses exclusively on the space mission. The fly on the wall approach makes it fun and entertaining. For educators, the great care given to the accuracy of depiction of the Apollo 11 mission will serve as a basis to introduce a whole new generation of viewers to one of the greatest adventures in the history of mankind.
