An Island Getaway to Love at Moody Gardens

Moody Gardens is making it easy to plan a quick little break this February with several fun-filled hotel package options, including special Valentine’s Day deals. Guests have the option to choose from family fun hotel packages with attraction tickets or romantic couple packages with wine and truffles. Experience adventure and delve into the depths at the Aquarium Pyramid, enjoy a birds-eye view from the treetops inside of the Rainforest Pyramid, or relax for a romantic couples night in at the Moody Gardens Hotel. There are plenty of options for every occasion and, as always, their Pyramid Promise states that the guest experience is sure to be Clean, Safe and Fun.

Plan a date night for Valentine’s Day at Moody Gardens, with the Sea of Love dinner event, guests can enjoy a special evening inside the Aquarium Pyramid with an intimate dinner at the Caribbean, North Atlantic, South Atlantic, South Pacific or Gulf of Mexico Rig exhibits. Dinner admission will include a spectacular three-course meal, bottle of champagne or wine, a rose for your sweetheart and a souvenir photo that will serve as a memento. A deep sea diver demonstration adds to the occasion. There will also be a Love Boat Dinner Cruise that is now sold out, where guests will embark on a romantic two-hour buffet dinner cruise aboard the Colonel Paddlewheel Boat with breathtaking views of Galveston Bay, live music, dancing and a full-service cash bar. Dinner admission will also include a rose for your sweetheart, a bottle of champagne or wine and a souvenir photo. The dinner cruise will sail from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and boarding begins at 6 p.m. The Sea of Love dinner event may be purchased individually or as a hotel package.

In addition to the Sea of Love hotel package for Valentine’s Day, there are also a couple of other remarkable Valentine’s hotel packages, including a relaxing Spa Getaway package which features a one night stay in a spacious room with spectacular views of the property, dreamy touches like plush bathrobes, and extra pillows, a $175 credit for the resort Spa and a $50 breakfast credit. Breakfast will be served between 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. These package add-ons are sure to make for a wonderful getaway this Valentine’s Day.

Guests can also choose from several hotel packages that will be available for the remainder of February. An Island Getaway Package with Value Passes includes a guest room for one night, two Value Pass tickets to visit the Aquarium, Rainforest and Discovery Pyramids, MG 3D Theater, 4D Theater and 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Interactive Adventure. Passes are only valid for one day and will be issued at check-in upon arrival at the Hotel. An Island Getaway Package with Wine & Truffles includes a luxurious room for one night, choice of red, white, or sparkling wine and decadent truffles.
