The Human Resources Technician will provide administrative support within the Departments divisions regarding daily operations, programs and practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Assist in the execution of various Human Resources programs. 2.Reviews customer issues and handles problems with daily office procedures. 3.Conducts subject research as necessary to complete special projects and reports. 4.Maintains control files of matters in progress and follows up to ensure proper and timely completion. 5.Assists customers with general Human Resources procedures and processing. 6.Maintains employee record, loading and updating information to computer. 7.Audits Human Resources reports and employee records for accuracy and completeness. 8.Type material of a complex or confidential nature, develops spreadsheets, forms and communications/presentation materials. 9.Adheres to internal controls established for the department. 10.Performs related duties as required. EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE: 1.High School diploma or GED, At least three years Human Resources experience. 2.Use of standard office equipment and software systems including Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc. 3.Basic knowledge of company policies, procedures, practices and programs that have an impact on the Company and the department. 4.Ability to work independently to bring projects to completion.
