JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent will report directly to the Concessions Manager, and will be responsible for maintaining stocks level set by management, responsibilities include but are not limited to refilling drink coolers restoking items in designated freezers and storage areas, checking in, and putting away truck deliveries, maintaining a clean work area and assisting the set-up and breakdown of FOL Trail Kiosks. POSITION AUTHORITY: The incumbent is authorized to take reasonable action necessary to carry out assigned duties and responsibilities, provided such action is consistent with position guidelines as outlined below. POSITION GUIDELINES: Position guidelines include, but are not limited to, established company and department policies and procedures and all supervisory directives. The incumbent is expected to exercise sound, reasonable judgment and initiative, and give high priority to accuracy and details in the performance of job responsibilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times. •Be able to follow instructions given by supervisors/members of management team. •Put away all incoming shipments of food and supplies in a timely and orderly manner. •Re-stock coolers and freezers in assigned areas. •Follow F.I.F.O. (First In First Out) guide lines. •Assist with inventory at the end of each month. •Assist with set up and breakdown of F.O.L kiosks. •Any and all other duties as assigned; duties are subject to change as management deems necessary to best serve the needs of Moody Gardens EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: •n/a REQUIRED SKILLS: •Must be reliable and responsible PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: •Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 30lbs. Will be required to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
