MOODY GARDENS’ TWO-TOED SLOTH PREDICTS THE SUPER BOWL

GALVESTON, Texas – The most important game of the season is right around the corner and Carlton the Linnaeus’s Two-Toed Sloth thinks he knows who will be the winner of Super Bowl LV. Carlton decided the winner by choosing between two vitamin supplement shaped footballs on plates representing each team. The yellow and red plate represented the Kansas City Chiefs while the red and black plate represented the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Without much hesitation, Carlton predicted a blowout by the Chiefs after consuming the footballs on the yellow and red plate. The final score was 2-0, with the Buccaneers football still completely intact. Next, Carlton proceeded to eat through the entire endzone and then was honored with a yummy yam trophy for being the Super Bowl Champion for 2021. The spectacular halftime show was put on by Marshall Mathers the Victoria Crowned Pigeon and Megan Thee Pigeon.

If Carlton was right, and the Chiefs win the Super Bowl then Moody Gardens will give guests free admission to the Rainforest Pyramid with the purchase of an Aquarium Pyramid ticket every Monday through Thursday throughout the month of February.

The Rainforest Pyramid was the first built of the three pyramids at Moody Gardens and is a 10-story glass structure that is home to more than 1,000 species of plants and animals. Visitors are able to experience rainforest life from around the world, including Africa, Asia and the Americas. Many of the animals within the pyramid are free-roaming, like Saki monkeys and many tropical birds.

Along with the Rainforest Pyramid, visitors can also visit the Aquarium Pyramid, MG 3D Theater, 4D Special FX Theater, Discovery Museum, Colonel Paddlewheel Boat, four-diamond hotel and highly-rated public golf course, at one of the top tourist destinations in Texas.
