Discover the amazing marine world below and on the waters of the Gulf of Mexico at Dive into the Gulf: An Exposition, happening on February 23-24, 2024, in Galveston, Texas. Our second annual event brings together a diverse community of ocean enthusiasts, scientists, non-governmental organizations, educators, artists, students, and divers from around the globe for a weekend of exciting activities. This is a Moody Gardens event put on to connect all communities that share the Gulf of Mexico and provides a connection to speakers and their communities, networking opportunities, the opportunity to try scuba diving, diverse experiences that promote connection to the aquatic environment, and a chef-prepared community dinner for fundraising.
We are dedicated to protecting the Gulf of Mexico, and we need your help to make this event a success. Here are ways you can contribute:
Become a Sponsor: Your support will help the Moody Gardens Conservation fund advance conservation, recreation, and research. All donations are tax-deductible, and sponsors will receive recognition in onsite promotional materials, on social media, and at the event. This is your chance to gain the most exposure to all event attendees.
Be a Vendor: Showcase your products and services to our attendees. Booth rental is $500, which includes an outlet (1000 watts, 120 volts, single phase), 6ft table, and 2 chairs. Additional space is available upon request.
Be an Exhibitor: Non-profit organizations, public safety, educational organizations, and artists are all welcome to participate. Booth rental is $150 and includes an outlet (1000 watts, 120 volts, single phase), 6ft table, and 2 chairs. Alternatively, raffle products of $350 retail value in lieu of booth fees are permitted.
Sponsors, vendors, and exhibitors are eligible for a reduced room rate of $169. Information for booking VSE room rates will become available once the VSE packet is accepted and approved.
