Skeletown in the Discovery Pyramid offers an engaging look at the 206 bones that make up the human body through authentic specimens, hands-on displays, and culturally focused features. Guests can explore bone biology, health, and global traditions within themed areas that resemble a small town, including a Health Center, animal-focused pond, food truck, and cultural center. Step aboard 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea: An Interactive Adventure in Moody Gardens’ Discovery Pyramid and join a high-tech submarine voyage filled with extraordinary sea life and breathtaking destinations. Created in partnership with Super 78, this immersive experience invites guests to become part of the crew led by Deep, a robotically-enhanced pufferfish, alongside helper robots Echo and Torque.
Along the way, guests help operate the ship, choose its course, and interact with marine creatures as The Nautilus travels to coral reefs, Antarctic ice caves, an ancient lost city, undersea volcanoes, and more, brought to life with stunning 3D visuals and thrilling 4D sensory effects.
